Initial Nutrition Consultation - Child

Description

An initial consultation includes taking a very thorough health history, family history, a history of key life events and a history of where you have lived. Along with this we use clinical signs from the tongue, eyes, skin, nails and the pulse. We use blood tests to check for markers out of range or at the high/low end of normal as this may be a sign that an organ is under functioning. Naturopathy is a functional medicine. Our end goal is to optimise function of all organs resulting in optimal health. On some occasions we may refer for more information from other lab tests including; genetic testing, blood, stool, saliva or urinary testing.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making appointment adjustments necessary. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice. Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 48 hours will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 50% of the reserved services. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you. We require payment for your appointment when booking the service. Cancellation fees will be deducted from this payment. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.
